IT Enterprise Services Portal
The content on the front page of the portal is customized for each agency. Get help with IT issues, order IT equipment, see enterprise and agency announcements and much more.
Creating Tickets
To “Create a Ticket” for IT Support select the “Create a Ticket” button. Describe your issue in detail, attaching screenshots if necessary and submit the ticket.
Placing Orders 1/3
To order services, hardware or IT assets, select the “Place an Order” button and choose a category to get started.

After choosing a category, continue making selections to find the service or product to order.

After making a selection, the product order screen is displayed. Complete the form and submit the order. Note that all fields highlighted in red are required.
News and Announcements
Located on the front page of the IT Enterprise Services portal is a News and Announcements section where the latest IT-related news is available for both the agency and the IT Enterprise.
System Status
The IT Enterprise monitors the status of systems and their related components. Select “System Status” to access this page and verify system availability.
Service Metrics
Select “Service Metrics” to view the average ticket durations by enterprise assignment group.
Maintenance Calendar 1/2
Maintenance, patching and other system changes are posted to the Enterprise Services maintenance calendar.

Select individual events to view more details and status information.
My Profile
To update your mobile phone, after hours contact, delegates and notification preferences, select your name at the top of the page. To update additional information, please visit myOhio.gov.
